Requirement Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major. Experience 1 year as Customer Service Trainer/Quality Assurance. Fluent in English both oral and written. Strong knowledge of quality assurance evaluation aspect, scoring, CSAT & DSAT. Familiar to provide feedback with Customer Service Personal Advisor in a formal or non-formal forum. Experienced providing training with Customer Service Personal Advisor. Motivated person & good communication skill. Problem solver & strong in analyzing skill.
