Identify and approach KOLs, influencers across Instagram, Youtube and Facebook
Pitch and close deals with potential KOL partners to drive GMV and buyers.
Drive the onboarding of the acquired partners and own the end-to-end performance of key partners participating in the Lazada Affiliate Program (LAP).
Lead webinars and other training initiatives to educate the partners acquired.
Initiate and implement joint co-creation activities with partners.
Communicate new partner incentives, mega campaign incentives and other special incentives to the partners and guide them through their first 10 orders.
Develop strategy and relationship with KOL partners to drive KPIs, and drive partner order growth from (0 to 10 orders, 10 to 100 orders, 100 to 1000 orders)
Development of joint business plan between partners and Lazada.
Relationship management- manage relationship with KOLs and influencers and grow partner account performance end to end.
Aligning partners with Lazada marketing calendars, new feature rollouts, strategy and ensuring they are trained.
Staying on top of the latest trends in Affiliates and Lazada Branding content direction to manage & optimize content.
Monetizing this qualified source to get higher investment from Brands and Sellers via Sponsored Affiliates solution.
Conduct comprehensive collaboration with key internal stakeholders such as Branding, PR, Lazada Sponsored Solutions and other relevant stakeholders to deliver project goals.
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
Extremely self-motivated and proactive with constant can-do attitude.
At least 2-3 years’ experience in preferably digital industry.
Excellent analytical skills, and able to interpret numbers into sound action plans for business planning.
Entrepreneurial and creative mindset with well-developed interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent written and oral skills, strong organizational communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines.
