Executive Assistant– Top Boutique Private Equity firm - $100-110k + Bonus
A leading, boutique Private Equity firm in NYC is seeking a personable and driven Executive Assistant to join their incredible team! This is a hybrid position with flexibility to work from home when not in the office.
In this dynamic EA role, you will support a team of wonderful Executives, serving as a true thought partner and playing an integral role in the firm. In addition to assisting with all fundamental administrative work, you will have the chance to get involved with many exciting tasks and special projects.

Your Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management for team members – meetings, interviews, reviews, dinners, conference calls, etc.
- Travel management and coordination for applicable team members (flight, car service, hotel, etc.)
- Create monthly expense reports, tracking receipts and coding expenses
- Assist with coordinating and managing conference room calendars and schedules
- Communicate and liaise with clients and external parties
- Ad hoc projects and requests for firm events
Your Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a support role within a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who demonstrates initiative regularly and is a team player with high attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly responsive, client service oriented with great follow-through skills
- Experience managing complex travel itineraries, meeting planning and conference calls across different time zones
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
